As Seen On...

John Mayer rockin the Kaws Air Force 1's while doing some sort of chicken dance on the sidewalk. Does anyone remember his TV show that aired on VH1 like 3 years ago, it was actually kinda funny! Ive come to the realization that I don't really rock AF1's so with that being said I have a DS pair of the Kaws AF1's in sz 10.5 if anyone is interested.

Reminder...

UNDFTD is dropping the Livestrong Nike Air Force 1 Low Supreme tomorrow. The La Brea store has less than 20 pairs and there will probably be a line early so if you wanna secure a pair dont sleep.....literally don't go to sleep and head down to the store now!!!! Also dropping is the t-shirt to match, gotta stay fresh dressed like a million bucks!

Caught Stealin'...

Someone was getting their Beagle Boys on!!!! Not quite a million dollar heist but I'd say the the buyer of these 2 AF1's got a steal! The Linens & 3M Snake Air Force 1's above ended the other day on eBay for a combined price of $203.50!! Both were sz 9, NDS and came with the original box. I'd say the going rate for each pair is about $200 give or take so the buyer pretty much saved 50% off, which in my book is a steal! I'm not a huge AF1 guy but if the Linens were my size I would've probably bid on them.....but they werent, so I didnt and life goes on. People are sleeping on the steals but just means more deals for me :-)

If you can't take the HEAT...

As I mentioned before some of AM's rarer kicks are on display at the 3 UNDFTD locations. I went next door to see which ones were on display and came back with drool marks all over my t-shirt. Above are the 5 pairs on display and to be quite honest 4 of the 5 are some of the rarest and most sought after Nikes on the planet . The Turtle AF1's, the UNDFTD Jordan IV's, the Eminem Jordan IV's, the Playstation AF1's and the Paris dunk sb's are all amazing kicks from AM's mind boggling personal collection.

Leo used to always list heat for good prices but I havent checked his auctions in a while and look what happens! Vintage AF1 Purple Hi's, sz 11 NDS for $150 bucakaroos !! Someone is a happy camper because these are pretty sought after for AF1 collectors or any "sneakerhead" for that matter!

The Other Five...

Above are the other 5 pairs of the "Original Six" Air Force 1 pack that released in 07. In order of pics: Moses Malone, Bobby Jones, Calvin Natt, Michael Cooper and Mychal Thompson. Even though they released a couple years back you can still find pairs on the interenet for fairly cheap.

Silky Smooth...

Above are some Air Force 1's that came out a couple years ago to pay respect for the original athletes that signed on to the Air Force One team. Nike has designed what is called the “Original 6″ pack and each Nike Air Force One is designed by the personality of each athlete and the way they played the game. The pair above are the Jamaal Wilkes edition that feature a silk like upper with roses that you can just slightly see when you look up close. I think these are the nicest ones out of the six except the fact they are Lakers colors ;-) Pics via Nicekicks

LINENS n Things...

The OG pink linens released in 2001 and to this day are one of the most sought after Air Force 1's on the market. They might've gotten a bit more famous when Fat Joe licked the sole of them on MTV cribs but thats besides the point. I had a pair a couple years back but sold them and today I was thinking about getting another pair. I was searching for a pair today and I came across the linen/university blues that released in 2007 which I forgot about but are practically the same and about $300 cheaper!!!!

I want my MTV...

I had this picture saved on my computer for awhile and Ive always wondered where it originally came from. Ive tried numerous times to find out the history behind these but always come up empty. MTV debut in 1981 and the AF1 debut a year later in 82 so maybe it was for a 1 year anniversary or something?? I almost want to say that these were promo for the 1st MTV music video awards but again I have no idea whatsoever. I wonder how many are left floating around the world and I'd love to hear the back story so if anyone has any info feel free to post it in the comment box below so everyone can see, thanks!

Air Huarache...

This year Nike has been dropping quite a few Purple/Black sneakers and here is another new release with that colorway. Above are some new Nike Air Force 1 Low Supreme that feature a little huarache twist. The two-tone upper features a Huarache tongue logo, premium materials and a clear outsole. If your a AF1 fan than these are most likely a definite buy and even if youre not a huge fan of AF1's these might find their way into your closet. These are a EURO release as of right now and no word on a US release but you can pick them up at Caliroots for $153.

Seahawks AF1...

When I first saw this picture I immediately thought of the Seattle Seahawks. Ive always like the blue/lime colorway and above is the new Nike Air Force 1 “Huarache” Hybrid set to release at Footaction in late-March 2009. These Air Force 1’s take inspiration from the classic Huarache series, most evident by the implementation of a Huarache infused tongue and colorway. The timeless platform sports a royal blue upper accented with scream green highlights and topped off with a medley of textiles including nylon and perforated leather. So Cripsy...

You cant really go wrong with a white on white nike air force 1 especially when you throw in the gum outsoles!!! The only that that kills me is those embosed stars throughout the shoe, I personally think those ruined the shoe but thats just my opinion. If you do like these they will be available in limited quantities on March 14th at Alife Rivington Club. P.S.
