The Movie Trespass featuring Cube & Ice T was to originally be titled Looters, but because of the 1992 LA riots, the producers changed the title. As far as rare snapbacks seen in movies this is right up there with the metal shield Raiders hat Cube wore in Boyz n the hood (which I still regret selling). The hat was made by New Era and was not available to the general public, only given to cast and crew.

WWJWD! Big Game James looking cool as the other side of the pillow in his triacetate Starter warm-up and Starter dufflebag, which is most likely used for transporting his goggles and New Balances. In the 1980s triacetate was also used with polyester to create shiny tracksuits which were very popular at the time. The material was very smooth and shiny on the outside and soft and fleecy on the inside......say word!!

Dre Day...

One of the few photos where members of NWA are rocking white hats. Taken from the photoshoot for LA weekly back in 1989, Dre has on a vintage UCLA circle Game glued tag. I can't figure out what hat Eazy is wearing but he does have on some vintage Gucci low's..........Yella in III's, Dre & Ren in Solo flights!

Like Phife, I wanna be like Phife! Corduroy version of the infamous Tar Heels script that Phife always rocked back in the day. These are actually by Twins Enterprise, not Sports Specialties like one would assume. Sports Specialties didn't use a snapback on their corduroy hats they used "The Cord" technology. We only have a few in stock so don't sleep!
