BDGA x Reebok...

Saturday I posted the Bodega x Adidas collabo and now we have a sneak preview of the upcoming Bodega x Reebok. As the 20th Anniversary leaks begin to pour in, the good folks at Bodega give us a first look into their new project, celebrating the two decades since Reebok officially launched their epic Pump technology. Taking on a military theme, the sneakers are quickly emerging as one of the retailer’s most anticipated campaigns of the year. Always prolific in their collaborations, this new project is no exception, pairing soft nubuck uppers with contrasted canvas, reflective materials, and custom details such as trek laces, a mesh tongue, and dog/hand tags. Limited to only 31 pairs, each Bodega “Outback” will be individually numbered and brilliantly packaged in military spec ammo cases with a special edition Bodega x Reebok tee. Also, in keeping with true Bodega fashion, its rumored that each shoe will feature printed coordinates giving instructions to a special hidden location. BDGA x Adidas...

For the Adidas Consortium “Your City” Collection, “your neighborhood store” from Beantown, Bodega, is enlisted to create a shoe for the collection. To this effect, adidas’ Boston Super was the model of choice and is done up in simple, basic colorways of black, grey, white and blue, while mixing things up with a concoction of different materials. The upper is a mix of normal and perforated leather accented with suede and a shiny fabric toe box. The tongue pays tribute to Bodega and adidas in a printed blue and white logo. These dropped today so if youre interested I'd put the pedal to the metal!

Bernardo Says, you should check out this video for the two upcoming Bodega collaborations: Bodega x Vans x Realtree Woodland Chukka Boots and Bodega x Reebok Out Back Pump. The Woodland Chukkas are limited to 100 pairs and the Out Back Pumps are limited to 31 pairs......start camping out!

Futbol...

Long standing CFC fan, NBA All-Star Kevin Garnett was the inspiration behind the new CFC- themed adidas TS Commander LT. This limited edition shoe incorporates an iconic royal blue and white split suede upper, a laser etched soccer ball pattern on the midsole and CFC yellow accents, including the team’s traditional lion’s crest, embossed on the tongue.

**Bodega will offer an exclusive CFC tribute package consisting of the TS Commander LT x KG x CFC, a CFC Bodega team scarf and CFC replica jersey featuring Garnett’s name and number on the back. The package will be sold exclusively instore and on their webshop for $275 starting August 29th.**

Moss Man...

When I saw these the first thing I thought of was Moss Man from the Masters of the Universe. These totally look like something he would rock while chillin in the forrest. Moss Man is made of moss (DUH), whose power is to camouflage into foliage and other green areas, as well as control all plant life. He lives in the Evergreen Forest in harmony among the animals and plants.

Anyways Bodega is back with another dope collabo for the fall season. This time they teamed up with outdoors specialists Realtree and put a little twist on the classic Vans Chukka Boot. The colorway makes me wanna go hang out in the woods and look for Bigfoot or something. Stay tuned for further looks and information in the coming weeks. Source

Take a Toki...

The Nike Air Zoom Toki is Nike’s newest addition to their Luxury (Lux) line. Luxury is definitely the first thing most sneakerheads think of when seeing the Air Zoom Toki. Having a body inspired by the Blazer and the Sabaku, Nike’s newest sneaker sure has a sophisticated and elegant feel to it. A couple month back they released the perforated leather version which werent bad but I think I like these new Canvas ones better. Both the Light Charcoal and Lemon colorways feature a canvas upper, suede swoosh, and white outsoles. The look super comfy and I could rock the grey pair with almost anything which is always a plus. Anyways these recently dropped at select Nike Tier 0 retailers such as Bodega in Boston

Im no gonna lie these are some of the best Air Maxes Ive seen in awhile!! In my opinion you cant go wrong with black/ yellow (Wu-Tang, Bruins, Batman) and the speckled midsole is icing on the cake. Inspired by their long-standing LIVESTRONG Campaign, Nike work up a new collection of Air Max sneakers featuring the iconic yellow colorway amongst black/white/grey backdrops. The pack will feature the classic Air Max 1, Air Max 90 and Air Max 180 runners which are all slated to drop this Saturday May 16th exclusively at the retailers below:

Your Neighborhood Store...

Its looks like the folks at Bodega are dropping some new gear next weekend. The new line offers classic, simple light weight Spring-friendly pieces in the form of a jacket, sweatshirt and a couple hats. The collection produced in limited quantities, can be found at Bodega along with a few select retailers. An official in-store launch is slated for Saturday April 25th with an online release on May 18th. Further looks from the collection will follow in the coming weeks. Source

On Saturday Bodega dropped the 1st t-shirt in the Canned Goods series. Rotten to the core with bad taste guaranteed, the first design in Bodega's canned series leads with the bitter taste of a familiar fallen sports hero. From venerated to villain twice over, we see our own faults in a lighter tone. These are available in store now and can also be bought online at BDGAstore.com

100% More Beef...

Just a reminder tomorrow Bodega in Boston is releasing the first shirt in a series of limited specially packaged tees. Offering no nutritional value, these cans are hand numbered and limited to 100 pieces per t-shirt design. The design is a suprise but I already know what it is and its definitely worth picking up. The Canned Series shirt will retail for $40 and will be avilable in store and online at BDGAstore.com

Heads Up...

Bodega in Boston just got in a bunch of the new Spring Nikes including the Fresh Water AM 95's, RT1's, Wii Air Force II's and those Air Tech Challenge hybrid whatchamacallits!! Be quick because they will sell fast, except for maybe the Hybrids. P.S. Dont forget to grab a vintage snapback hat from yours truly while youre there :-)

Bodega x Rockport...

It looks like the good folks at BODEGA are up to their usual killer collabo's. Whether its teaming up with Converse, Asics, Reebok or Rockport they always seem to drop a classic. This time around they teamd up with an OG in the footwear game, Rockport. The company has been around since 1971 and have been making quality footwear since day 1. They will be dropping 2 boots (a town & a country) and both look amazing from the pics with attention to detail and of course top notch quality. For more info on the project and how it came to be check out the story HERE. These will be releasing in Mid March and I will keep you posted when I hear the exact date.

Just a heads up, I stopped by Bodega in Boston today and dropped off more vintage snapback hats. I dopped off some killer hats like the crazy neon ones, starter hats, sports specialties and much more. These wont last long at all so if you're in the Boston area swing by and pick some up before they're gone!!!!

Heads Up...

Just a heads up Bodega is dropping the super limited Nike x Clark Kent Air Force 1 tomorrow in honor of NBA all star weekend. The sneaker features the Phoenix Suns colorway and is built with premium materials ranging from nubuck to patent. Three sets of Starks laces and a pair of lace locks round out the detailing of this AF1. This version is a Tier Zero release which is only available at select accounts and Im pretty sure they will sell out real quick!! I also dropped off a bunch of vintage Phoenix Suns snapbacks today that will match these perfect so if you happen to stop by and grab the kicks make sure to pick up a hat to match :-)
