Fitted Fridays...

Its Friday again so time for another vintage fitted hat for your dome. This is one of the best selling vintage fitteds we have at the store and you can see why. The old San Antonio Spurs logo is one of the best and most sought after oldschool NBA logos out there. The hat features a white crown, black brim and the S on front with the classic teal/pink/orange paintbrush strokes behind it. This logo was unveiled in 1992 and called the "Fiesta" logo. The logo had the silver spur with black text and the background was made to look like a flag with teal, pink and orange colors. It is said that those colors were used to represent the Mexican and Chicano population of San Antonio.

Pretty sure the fiesta look was added to gain some market share in the lucrative "gay bar/ suburban grandma" demographic
