She's MARVELous...

The Stussy x Marvel Artist Series features original work by a team of international artists, invited to interpret their favorite Marvel characters in their signature styles. The artists and characters include James Jarvis (Thing), David Shrigley (Incredible Hulk), Todd James (She Hulk), Noah Butkus (Dr. Strange), Will Sweeney (Eternity), John K. (Crystal & Johnny Storm), Bill Plympton (Mystique), Gary Panter (Thor) and Mr. Cartoon (Spiderman).

REAS killed the She Hulk graphic and I'm not just saying that because we have the hat to match.......ok maybe I am but its dope nonetheless!

Big Punisher...

Today Stussy released their collabo with Marvel and it just so happens we got a few hundred vintage Marvel Blockheads last week..... coincidence, I think not! Punisher is the only one that coincides with the Stussy release but we have more in stock that I'll post shortly.....

Worldwide since 1980...

My first non-vintage Nike pick-up of 2010 and they just might be my pick for sneaker of the year!!! A lot of people slept on these but trust they are 10 times better in person.

Stussy x John Pound...

If you were alive in the mid eighties, then you have probably seen John Pound’s work even if you don’t know his name. He’s the artist responsible for drawing the phenomenon that was Garbage Pail Kids. Released by the trading card company Topps in 1985, Garbage Pail Kids left a mark on many childhoods. For Stussy's spring 2009 collection, they worked with John on a series of tee shirts, mixing his famous style with some of our iconic imagery.

Having put together a capsule for Stussy earlier this year, his most well-known work is perhaps his special Garbage Pail Kids work for Topps back in the 1980s which was an unexpected success; “I had turned it in, in January of 85, and I didn’t really hear much from them, until maybe May or June. They were doing a test release and said ‘Oh man, it’s really taking off. Sales are really going good on Garbage Pail Kids. Lets do another series.’” Check the feature out over at Stussy.com
