Commemorating the newly crowned 2009 UEFA Champions League champion, Nike works up a special FC Barcelona colorway in their classic Blazer Hi model. The sample kicks feature a mostly white base with the Spanish football/soccer club’s crest on the heel and tongue, alongside a matching jersey material/color scheme. Source

I just read this interesting article about Nike getting sued. A couple weeks back pic surfaced of some new Nike Bazers that were said to be inspired by World B Free, a NBA player from 1975-1988. We'll it looks like World didnt like his name be used without permission........lets see how this turns out. Source

Its been a great year for Blazer and Nike doesnt seem to be slowing down anytime soon. Above are the new Blazer sb's released for May and they are looking super clean. These feature a red suede upper, black accents with a white sole and they remind me of the Purple/Black blazers that dropped earlier this year. You really cant go wrong with a nice simple blazer with some shorts and a white tee. These are available at CCS and other select sb retailers. Source

New Pickup...

Just got the new Nike "vintage" green blazers in today. Nike did a pretty good job at recreating that vintage look and feel with these. When I put them on it feels like they've been worn for 20 yrs and are totally broken in. Larry Legend would be proud of these and I say sign him for the playoffs, I bet he can still rain down 3's!!!!!

I feel like 09 is the year of the blazer. Ive already bought 2 pairs this year and these might be my 3rd pair. Clark Hassler used his experience of grinding on the trunk of a vintage Mercedes-Benz, big-bodied sedan as an inspiration for his Nike SB Blazer Low. Just like the look of the classic Benz used for his Custom Series contribution, Hassler’s Blazer Low is designed with a classy, clean and simple approach. The entire upper of the shoe is smooth, premium looking black leather only divided by stitching and some perforation on the mid-panel.
