Inspired By...

I just saw the new Supra Fall 09 apparel line and one of the jackets they did looked real familiar. I quickly relized that it was the same jacket as the Joran I wings satin jacket from 86. Ive always loved the simplicity and design of the Jordan wings jacket and the wings patch on the back is icing on the cake. I'm real suprised Supra did put their logo on the back because I think it would've made it that much better but hey what do I know. The Supra jacket is called the FLYER.....maybe a little reference to "AIR" Jordan????? Anyways the Supra jacket came out nice IMO and there are 3 colorways avilable: blk/green, navy/white and the infamous blk/red/green aka the gucci colorway. Source

Produced by Supra, Stubbs BBQ and Spin magazine for the SxSw music festival, this 413 Supra skytop sees an international release tomorrow April 4th. Limited to only 1000 pairs worldwide, the select retailers below will be getting 24 pairs each so I would get their early unless of course youre already in line for the Air Yeezy release.

Talk about a random collaboration.....Check out this Supra x Spin Magazine x Stubb’s Bar-B-Q sauce limited edition pack!!! Ive never bought a pair of Skytops but if I did these would probably be the ones, mainly because I just love Stubbs BBQ sauce!!!
This special edition includes a pair of Stubb’s Skytops, an apron, a bottle of Stubb’s sauce, all inside a hand made wooden box. This box, as well as the apron are both branded with a 2009 SXSW seal. I posted the Grey TK Supras a couple days ago and now some good pics surfaced of the Purple & Black colorways. I like the design and colorways but I think they are too high for me. If they wouldve stopped at the first velcro strap I wouldve liked them better but these things are skyscrapers!!!! Pic via Highsnob

Compton A$$ Terry...

Pics have been floating around the iternet of TK's siganture Supra's that are dropping this year but above is probably the best picture yet. The colorways I have seen so far are Purple, Black, Rose gold and now the Grey. The only pair of Supra's Ive ever bought are the trinity's which I love but I never got into the whole Skytop craze.
