The season 4 finale for the greatest show of all time is on tonight!!!! I have the popcorn and soda ready and my phone is off so dont bother calling!!! Would it be crazy to get a Dexter tattoo?? Ok that was a joke but you get my point!! 'Ive never been a crazy TV guy who has to watch every episode of a certain show but Dexter is my exception because its so KILLER.....literally!!!!

Like the third season of "Dexter," the fourth will feature a long-term guest star, only instead of Jimmy Smits playing an assistant district attorney, John Lithgow will portray a character planted decidedly on the other side of the law.

According to Showtime's press release, "Lithgow will play Walter Simmons, an unassuming, mild-mannered suburbanite who has been living a dual life as one of America’s most prolific and deadliest serial killers. Dubbed the 'Trinity Killer' because of his proclivity to kill in threes, he relocates to Miami after being tracked by FBI Special Agent Frank Lundy (Keith Carradine). Brought on to assist in the investigation of Miami’s latest serial killer, Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall) becomes fascinated with Trinity’s killing methods and his ability to evade capture for almost three decades."

Lithgow will be featured in all 12 episodes of Season 4, which is scheduled to premiere Sunday, Sept. 27, on Showtime. Source

BEST OF 2008: TV SHOW

WWDD aka What Would DEXTER Do???? Dexter is by far my favorite tv show of the year and quite possibly my favorite tv series ever! It ranks right up there with Entourage & Weeds IMO and I cant wait for next season. For those that havent watched Dexter before its a series set in Miami which centers on Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall), a serial killer governed by a moral code who works for the Miami Metro Police Department as a blood spatter analyst. Its a great show and I strongly suggest renting the frist couple seasons and then I guarantee you'll be hooked!!!
