I posted the Air Bart t-shirt the other day and here is another bootleg Bart tee for your viewing pleasure. I call this one Bong Hit Bart for obvious reasons. Somebody should get hime some visine quick those eyes are pretty bloodshot!! The funny thing is Michael Phelps just passed the bong to Bart before this picture was taken, hahahaha. Remember kids say no to drugs unless its for medical purposes only :-)
