Like many brands from the 80s Lightning Bolt is trying to make a comeback. A lot of brands have tried a re-launch and failed so we'll see how the people react to this LB resurrection. Ive always loved the vintage polos with the surf graphics and Im sure those will be a focus for the new line. Originally founded in Hawaii in 1972 as a board shaping and manufacturing company, its new life will be predominantly as a lifestyle apparel brand. Starting in June, Lightning Bolt will be distributed in both high end lifestyle and core retail outlets and will feature graphic tees, wovens, walk shorts, board shorts, denim and other accessories from $31 to $250.
