I told Brian to drive around La Brea, find some roses and take pics of the vintage Pete Rose snapback from Sept 11, 1985, when Rose broke Ty Cobb's all-time hits record. After about an hour I almost put out an Amber Alert, but come to find out he had gotten into a scuffle with an old lady who's lawn he had trespassed on. He ran for his life while she chased him down, cane in hand, yelling devil in Yiddish....mission accomplished!
