Classic vintage Nike poster from 1993 feature Jordan soaring through outerspace wearing some Aqua Jordan VIII's. The Aquas are definitley my favorite Jordan VIII colorway and might even be in my top 10 all time J's. 1993 saw the Original Air Jordan VIII release and Tinker Hatfield's goal was to make a Jordan without the Nike sign. Tinker believed that the Jordan brand was strong enough on its own and didnt need to rely on the Nike sign anymore to sell shoes. Nike didnt seem to keen on the idea but after some convincing The Jordan VIII was signed, sealed and delivered......without the NIKE sign!
