Just a heads up for all you Phelps Phanatics out there, I listed a Olympics USA medal stand windbreaker on ebay. This is the same jacket worn by Mr Phelps on the medal stand and is impossible to find especially in sz XL!! These sold out so long ago and will never be made again so this might be your last chance to buy one! This is the best present you could ever get a Phelps Fan for the holidays!!
