My award for hottest female of 08 goes to (drum roll please) RIHANNA!!! Not only is she beautiful and talented she has also been everywhere this year!! Rihanna was the face of the new Gucci tattoo campaign, she was on Glow in the Dark tour w/Kanye and even re-released her hit cd Good Girl Gone Bad: Reloaded.
