It's just the first inning and I'm gunning for the Pennant...

Boomshakalaka yo here comes the Chief Rocka....

This is for all my UK heads who collect the vintage Game "Big Logo" snapbacks!!! The Chiefs are 3-0 but they're going to Indy next weekend to take on Peyton & the Colts....I smell a loss coming.

Zubaz (officially pronounced "zoo-bazz")...

Zubaz are like Mullets, they were never really in style but people still rocked them none-the-less. However unlike Mullets, Zubaz have made a comeback as of lately in big part to their snapbacks. Together with AJD hat Co. in the 90's Zubaz did what they do best, slap a zebra print on anything and everything........they even made diapers!!!!! Whether its their bonerific pants, their Bill Cosbyesque sweaters or their all over print snapbacks only one pharse can describe this phenomenon ........"Dare to be Different!"

Sleep with one eye open, gripping your cell phone tight...

Miami's on the scene just in case you didn't know it...

Somewhere right now Vanilla Ice is looking for his vintage Miami Hurricanes gold plated snapback.

You mess with the bull, you get the horn...

Bulls are colorblind but even they can see this combo is doper than Lance Armstrong!!!

Oops....gotcha, clutch like Piazza- Ad Rock

Piazza is often regarded as the best-hitting catcher of all time and *Insert Gay Piazza Joke Here*. This is one of the dopest minor league snapbacks north of the Mexican border. The Albuquerque Dukes are best known for being the LA Dodgers minor league affiliate from 1972–2000. During that stretch many familiar faces rocked the Spanish conquistador cap including The Godfather, Tommy Lasorda. Lasorda coached the Dukes in the early 70's and led them to the PCL Championship in 1972. In the early 1990s, future stars such as Pedro Martínez, Raúl Mondesí, Paul Konerko and Mike Piazza called Alberquerqe home before getting called up the the big leagues.

Must See TV...

Quite possibly my two favorite shows of all time return tonight and I'm more excited than Michael Jackson at Chuck E. Cheese!!!! If you dont watch both of these shows or either one for that matter than I suggest you start!!!!

The Panty Dropper...

I'm taking a little vaca on the lake, riding Jets Ski's like my man Kenny Fuckin Powers and enjoying the last days of Summer. I'll be back on Sunday with some fresh new vintage for your eyes to envy but in the meantime check out the INTERVIEW I did with Mafia over at SneakerFreaker!

It's not crazy.......it's sports!!!

ESPN showing more vintage love. A couple months back they came in looking for vintage Eagles gear to use in an upcoming commercial. They picked out a bunch of dope stuff, some of which can be seen in the video above.....peep it!!!

Still on my Grizzly, no Iverson - Fabolous

It's Gucci Time...

Pardon The Interuption...

Look who made it on ESPN, well kinda, sorta. Brandon Jennings (Bucks PG) came in last month to cop some vintage Raiders denim overalls and a couple weeks later Jacory Harris (Hurricanes QB) rolled through and bought the same overalls. The pictures made there way to the Internet as do all pics now-a-days and the good folks at PTI made it the topic of discussion. Honestly I think Tony Kornheiser is jealous and wishes he had a pair of his own to rock. We sold out of the Raiders but still have Bulls & White Sox for anyone who wants to get jiggy with it, holler!!

My chrome is shining just like an icicle, I ride around town on my low-rider bicycle...

Get off my Ditka!!!!

We all know Ditka stayed in the Bears Cliff Engle sweater but he occasionally rocked the Starter jacket in the winter, cuz that's what winners do!!! Sz Large, NWT, DA BEARS!!!!

Get Mandarich or Die Tryin'...

In 1989, SI called Mandarich "The Best Offensive line prospect ever" but after three seasons of lackluster performance (I dont like the drugs, the drugs like me) on a four-year contract, Mandarich was cut by the Packers. Tony was the 2nd overall pick and the Packers passed on Barry Sanders, Derrick Thomas and Deion Sanders.....ouch!!! Only 1 in stock, for die-hard Cheeseheads!!!!

I'm like Tom Vu with Yachts & Mansions - Mike D

Who remembers Tommy Vu??? Anybody, show of hands. For those that dont know or remember Mr Vu, he was infamous for his late night infomercials in the 80s & 90s. Vu surrounded himself with luxury items: mansions, yachts, expensive cars and most visibly, collections of young bikini clad women. He promoted his free 90-minute seminar to learn the same secrets he used to make millions. As a Vietnamese immigrant, he presented himself as the classic 'rags to riches' story. For some odd reason I was watching his informercial today and I noticed something interesting, he was rocking a vintage Polo USA cookie patch rugby. Was Tommy Vu a Lo Life?? Was he part of the United Shoplifters Association?? Was he rich from boostin' Polo and selling it on eBay?? So many questions, so little answers but one thing is for sure.......Vu is a self made Millionaire, plush livin', never been to prison, throwin' money in the air!!!!

Some of my favorite Tommy Vu quotes:
"This is not a country club! This is my house!"
"Are you afraid to ask your Boss for the day off to come to my seminar? Well then you don't deserve to be rich"
"Today I'm gonna show you how to drive a sports car. First, you need a lot of money!"
"Do you think these girls like me? NO, they like my money!"

Rock a fly jersey in the Summertime...

93 till infinity...

Vintage 1993 Eastbay catalog featuring snapbacks from Starter, Roman, Ed's West & Apex One. The Two-Tone Denim, Letterman and Cuban Giants Starter hats were only $14.95 and the white Pinstripe Starter's were on sale for $9.95!!!!!! Our last dig had a bunch of the Ed's West Diamond & Team Theme hats so thats pretty cool to see them in the catalog.

No need to be greedy I got mad friends with Benz's...

Varsity Blues...

Its getting to that time of year, time to break out the Starter & DeLong jackets!!! The best part of this jacket is the huge Chief Illiniwek back patch which can no longer be used because of the controversy that went on for more than two decades with with several Native American groups. Could there be a better combo for Homecoming against Indiana on Oct 23rd......I think not!!!

A fat woman came into the shoe store...

What do Al Bundy and Corgi have in common?? They both like watching sports on TV with their hands down there pants and they also both sell shoes!!! Corgi has every sneaker you've ever wanted in your entire life, plus the ones you didn't think you wanted years ago but now you do because they are impossible to find....get it, got it, good!!! I mean if you're gonna put "shoe" in your name you better have some kicks to back it up or be a detective, right? He will be updating his Website daily with vintage heat and follow him on twitter @Corgishoe for the latest updates......snitches!!!!
